Breakfast – Shake.  Cup of tea.
Lunch (Dinner?)- some sort of meat and cheese ensemble gathered from the meat and cheese drawer.
Dinner (Supper?)- Grilled pork with peanut sauce.  Rice.  Broccoli.  Chocolate bunny leftover from Easter.
There will probably be a snack later.
There, I think I kept my promise.

No pictures for the moment – my computer was infected last week and, after a fun stint as IT girl for my own house, I haven’t found the photo software yet.  But, let me assure you the punch was beautiful and I will add pictures when I can.
*Edited to add – Pictures below!

I couldn’t wait a whole seven days to make more punch.  (What is happening to me??)  This was good, but I think I like pink punch better than orange/yellow punch.  We shall see.

And pretty in the glass.

Simple Citrus Punch

6 Cups chilled lemonade

As 2009 has been officially declared The Year of Punch, I broke out the big pitcher and headed to the store for juice and ginger ale.  Punch everyday seemed like a good way to completely negate the no-Pepsi plan, so we’ve opted for a punch a week.  52 (hopefully) glorious sparkling beverages await us this year.

Last summer, we purchased a farm share from one of our local Community Supported Agriculture farms.  Each week for sixteen weeks, we received a box stuffed full of fresh vegetables.  Not being particularly connected to the growing seasons (read: totally ignorant), we were never sure what to expect and each box brought fun surprises.  Having this supply [...]

Morning After

The morning after a big thunderstorm always looks different than other mornings. Our alley is covered in water – probably only a couple of inches, but it looks like a brown, mini-Mississippi River out there.
A busy evening with Baby A left no time really for chopping things to make soup, so I opted [...]
